What a way to wake up, huh! Except he's not really awake. Right? This feels too real to be a dream, but he's definitely spent the past few moments staring up at the suns in the sky, and these utterly foreign trees. He pushes himself up to his feet as Garrot goes off and is silenced, and he runs his fingers thoughtfully over the bark, reaching up to pull a leaf off one of the lower branches.

He's actually about to walk into this little gathering of trees and leave the group behind when the wizard asks about their coffee preferences. He doesn't really want to respond. He doesn't know why he's here, or what the wizard could want, and uh he doesn't like most of the people he's seen!

But he also knows the wizard might respond poorly to denial, and so he turns, taking the amethyst that's hung on a gold chain around his neck and tucking it under his shirt. He doesn't need anyone here noticing that thing, thank you.

"None for me."
